Before you proceed, please keep the following information in mind.

AM flights meet approximately 1/2 hour before sunrise.
PM flights meet approximately 2 1/2 hours before sunset.

We will contact you 2 days prior to your scheduled flight to confirm weather conditions.  If your flight is cancelled due to weather, we will have you pick another available flight date.  All flights are subject to current weather conditions.  The final decision to fly is determined by the pilot, not the weatherman...after all, safety is our first priority!
