Thank You for booking your ride with us!

When: We will contact you approx. 2 days before your scheduled ride in regards to how the weather looks, if the weather looks good we will provide where and at what time we will meet. This time of year sunrise flights meet at 7am and sunset flights meet at 5pm.  Times vary throughout the year.

What to where: In most cases, the temperature in the air is not much different from the ground, so dress as you would for that day. We do ask that you DO NOT wear opened toed shoes, such as sandals.

Payment: If you do not have a gift certificate, you can pay by cash, check or credit card the day of your ride.

Waiver: All passengers are required to sign a waiver before riding in the balloon. You can print the waiver and bring it with you or we will have one for you to sign the day of your ride.
